OMG why? Because I happen to like IE 5.5 icons. But WHY?!? Because it doesn't bite me in the eye like most of the themes, it blends in to the Windows environment and is quite elegant IMNSFHO. Whyyyy?!?! Ah... screw you!
This skin does not work with Mozilla Phoenix/Firebird/Firefox nor Mozilla Thunderbird.
The Go button looks ugly because it's a button not a toolbarbutton, some XUL tweaking would fix that
The original IE skin 1.0.2 by Bamm Gabriana doesn't work with Mozilla 1.2.x or newer.
*.jar files are more or less just .zip files with different extension, so for example in Win32 take 7-Zip or WinRAR, unpack it, change it, and repack it.
Backup Mozilla files before you start to screw them.
Mozilla must not run when you mess around with chrome files.
This mod looks best when Mozilla is run maximized.

No "View Background Image" on context menu.
No "Bookmark This Page" on context menu.
No "Select All" on context menu.
No "Send Page" on context menu.

No "Set as wallpaper" on context menu.
No "Copy" on context menu when no selection.

How to import Internet Exploer Favorites to Mozilla Bookmarks?

Mozilla imports IE favorites when it first starts up and creates a profile AFAIK, they will be in Bookmarks menu -> Imported IE Favorites. If you want to import them again then follow these instructions by moonbiter from webmasterworld.com forum:

In MSIE, go to File > Import and Export ...
Next > Export Favorites (Next) > Choose your favorites folder (Next) > Export to a File (Browse to save it where you want it) > Finish.
In Mozilla, go to Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks ...
In the Manage Bookmarks window, go to Tools > Import ... > Choose the file you just exported from MSIE.
Choose Open and you are done.

Where are Mozilla Bookmarks stored?

Locate file bookmarks.html.
